ACCOMMODATION

1 LODGE FARMHOUSE is an historic farmhouse with much character and on many levels with an oak staircase winding between floors.

The accommodation comprises:

ENTRANCE HALL:

SITTING ROOM: a large room with glass door to garden, period furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs, an open fire, Flat-screen Satellite TV, DVD, video player and Radio/CD player.

DINING ROOM: again furnished with period furniture the large table can be extended to seat 12.

STUDY: an additional small sitting room with comfortable sofa, chairs, together with books and traditional games for all the family.

KITCHEN: fully equipped including electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer, breakfast table to seat 6.

UTILITY ROOM: with washing machine and tumble dryer.

HEATING: Oil fired central heating throughout the house with an open fire in the sitting room.

BEDROOMS: five, two double (one en-suite), one twin, one room with three single beds, one single.

LINEN: bed linen and towels provided.

BATHROOMS: two bathrooms one en-suite, one shower room and ground floor WC.

CHILDREN'S FACILITIES: cot and high chair available on request when booking.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES: terraced gardens, lawns, patio and barbecue.

SWIMMING POOL: No.

PARKING: Ample.

SMOKING: No.

PETS: No.

WELCOME PACK
Upon arrival we provide a welcome pack of wine, coffee, tea, sugar, bread and butter and fresh flowers are always in the sitting or dining room. If you are arriving late other provisions can be waiting for you at cost.
